Overview

Job Purpose

ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products.

We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed income professional to join ICE Bonds to support the continued development of our products and protocols within fixed income electronic trading.

Responsibilities

  • Build new and cultivate current relationships, while collaborating alongside other internal teams to identify and develop improved protocols and efficiencies within the ICE Bonds eco-system
  • Develop and implement growth strategies in coordination with Sales, Trading, Product and Senior Management
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple projects and enhancements with critical deadlines

Knowledge and Experience

  • 10 or more years of experience with and / or knowledge of Electronic Fixed Income Trading
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate and/or Municipal Bond Market
  • Strong understanding of fixed income market structure, electronic trading, and supporting order management and execution technologies
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Series 7 required
  • Series 63 preferred

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 1 day per week.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 216,300 - 267,800 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
