Description

We are looking for a Conciliation Court Representative for an organization located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. This role operates within the healthcare industry and involves reviewing accounts, ensuring proper processes are followed, and interacting with attorney's offices for collections. The position also requires a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm requirements of collections attorney are met per account prior to placement to ensure compliance (closed border, cease and desist, etc.)

• Place outbound calls on accounts that need additional follow-up

• Handle inbound calls on non-court affiliated accounts

• Handle correspondence from consumers on non-purchased accounts

• Pre-screen accounts for non-eligibility (bankruptcy, M.A., APC, etc.)

  Requirements

• Collections experience required

• High School Diploma Required

• Must demonstrate technical abilities and is comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office
