Biota LLC dba Biota Landscapes, Brooklyn Center, MN. Daily transportation provided from a central location to and from worksites or employee may report directly to worksite in the following counties: Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Scott, Carver, Wright, Washington, Sherburne, Isanti, Chisago. 10 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 03/31/2025 through 11/14/2025, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, 40 hrs/week, Overtime Potential, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays as needed, schedule varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $21.30-$25.00/hr, $31.95-$37.50/hr OT, Raise at employer's discretion, opportunity to earn more based on experience and driver's license. Matching 3% of 401K offered after 60 days. Sod laying, trimming, planting, watering, raking, job site cleanup, may operate company vehicle. Able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in hot or cold weather. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request, Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits after 90 days. Employer may provide optional housing upon request and corresponding payroll deduction, $315 bi-weekly per worker for rent and utilities. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly; reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
