Location:Brookfield, WI, onsite position OVERVIEW: The Senior Vice President - Treasury Management Sales Leader is responsible for managing the Treasury Management sales team for the First Business Bank - Southeast region. This position serves as player-coach, generating new deposit and treasury service relationships through prospecting and business development activities, providing high quality relationship management to prospective and current clients, recruiting/retaining/developing a high performing sales team that is held accountable to meet and exceed goals, and taking an active role in the community through service and professional associations. The position will contribute as an impactful member of the Southeast region leadership team, and work in partnership with (as well as report directly to) the regional Market President to define strategy and set a course to meet and exceed goals and expectations. TOP PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES CRITICAL TO SUCCESS New Business Generation and Sales Leadership: Lead by example in regional Treasury Management (TM) sales efforts and generate new relationships to the bank, as well as foster collaboration among the TM and Commercial Banking teams to establish and expand client relationships. Serving as a player-coach, be active in the market in direct sales calls to prospective new clients and centers of influence, while also holding producers on the team accountable for goal attainment and financial outcomes. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational goals, driving market share growth and ensuring overall profitability. Team Recruitment, Management, and Development: Manage a team responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
