What You\'ll Be Doing: Act as the liaison between our company, field sales reps, and manufacturers for material handling products. Process proposals and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate lease paperwork and manage orders for peripheral equipment. Handle billing and commissions, ensuring everything is processed correctly. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with problem resolution. Maintain status updates on pending quotations and ensure inventory of materials is up to date. Provide backup support within the department and take on special projects as needed. What You Bring to the Table: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset, always thinking ahead and planning for what\'s next. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Proficiency in computer applications and a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and the industry is a big plus.
