This Person will also: Work with each assigned Bank Managers to develop short and long term implementation plans to achieve sales, service, operational and financial goals. Regularly inspect progress to provide feedback and coaching to meet or exceed established goals. Recruit, hire, coach, train, develop and evaluate assigned team. Assess the effectiveness of branch personnel and ensure training, development and coaching activities are occurring via documented actions in Colleague Connect. Collaborate and meet with direct reports, peers and internal business line partners to ensure the entirety of the bank is brought to every client to deepen the relationship selling process. Serve as a role model by assisting in sales conversations with key accounts and participating in joint business calls with Bank Managers.
