JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Team at Milliman, Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to add a HR Coordinator in the team. This role requires the person in the role to be a self-starter, organized, and adept at managing shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and uniquely structured environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist recruiters/hiring managers in posting new job opportunities Coordinate background check processing Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding experience, including processing administrative details in the HR system Assist hiring manager with first day and orientation/training schedules Coordinate with IT and the hiring team to prepare for the new hire\'s first day Serve as a resource for employees to get information about policies and procedures Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, status changes) and submit bonuses in HR system; sends related communications Support the HR Business Partners in processing terminations; sends related communications Audit PTO balances and holiday time usage Run reports from UKG as needed Contribute to the drafting and updating of standard operating procedure guides Create and administer various feedback surveys using Microsoft Forms Perform other tasks and project work as assigned SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The ideal candidate must have either One year of related experience (may include internships) or a degree in HR The ideal candidate must have Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel Must have strong...
