Location: Brookfield Clinic, Brookfield, WI Schedule Details: Week One: Monday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Week Two: Monday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday, 12:45 PM - 8:15 PM; Saturday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM Week Three: Sunday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM; Monday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM We Are Hiring! Key Responsibilities: Provide phone triage support for primary care patients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly. Assist with urgent care patient needs during evening and weekend shifts. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and team members to deliver seamless care. Demonstrate strong assessment, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a dynamic setting. What We\'re Looking For: Active Wisconsin RN license. Previous triage, urgent care, or clinical experience preferred. Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems. A passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care. Responsibilities * Performs the duties of a R.N. in accordance with the Nursing Code of Ethics, The Nurse Practice Act of the State of Wisconsin and PHCMA Nursing policies. * Provides health care advice to patients and family members utilizing the nursing process and triage protocols, makes nursing decisions and develops a plan of care based on a phone triage assessment and directs patients to the appropriate healthcare provider / facility. * Completes all documentation...
