We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Claims Administrative Assistant in Brookfield, Connecticut. In this role, you'll support the claims department in a variety of administrative tasks in the insurance industry. This role will require you to handle client communications, manage electronic correspondence, and maintain precise data records.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior claims adjuster in providing necessary support

• Handling inbound and outbound calls for claims notifications and information entry

• Managing electronic correspondence effectively

• Inputting contractor invoices using Quickbooks

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks

• Delivering strong customer service and demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Showcasing empathy while dealing with clients.

Requirements • Strong proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to handle client queries and concerns with diplomacy and detail orientation.

• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information into the company's database.

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence, with excellent written communication skills for clear and concise communication with clients and team members.

• Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with the ability to effectively manage multiple lines and maintain a detail oriented demeanor under pressure. TalentMatch®
