Bookkeeper – Admin Asst
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks and Administrative Assistant duties for our Brookfield, CT client. $ 25 - $28 hr. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!
Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper – QuickBooks and Admin Asst will include but are not limited to the following:
Use of QuickBooks (desktop) for Payroll (4-5 people), AR, AP
Monthly bank reconciliations and Tax payment/reporting
Event Coordination – book flights, car rentals, hotels
Order and stock office supplies
All administrative duties
Multi-Tasking in a fast-paced environment
Bookkeeper – QuickBooks and Admin Asst candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency on QuickBooks (desktop version)
Knowledgeable on MsWord, Excel and Outlook
3+ years in a similar role
Ability to prioritize and organize
Able to work independently and to deadlines
HOURS are Monday – Fridays from 8am – 5pm
This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Salary Range - $25 - $28r, DOE

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
