Senior Inside Sales Representative - Fire Protection

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative - Fire Protection here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of inside sales representatives for our Building Automation (BA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in inside sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market guidance.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of New York City or Long Island on a remote schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by effectively guiding and managing a team of inside sales representatives. You will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen its market position. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a guide in the fire protection industry and drive the company's growth and performance-driven in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitating to achieve sales targets • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales performance improvement • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $66,600 - $99,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong guidance and team management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
