SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Transports patients, specimens, and medical equipment throughout Montefiore Medical Center in a safe and timely manner. Utilizes transport equipment (wheelchairs and stretchers) when transporting a patient. Maintains a rolling stock of wheelchairs and stretchers.

SCHEDULED HOURS: Includes weekends & holidays, 7 AM-3:30 PM

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree is preferred.
