The Sales representative position will engage in sales activities across the business (e.g., memberships, customer service, and install sales) and across geographies (e.g., Pack Timco, Bell, , Metro-Aire, Stanley Ruth). The position and department will prioritize around the transition into and growth of Clean Heat HVAC systems (e.g., heat pumps, geothermal energy, high-efficiency / less pollutive HVAC systems). The employee will also gain insight into Sales Ops processes, (e.g,, generating quotes) to prepare them for a full-time outside sales role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Clean Heat Training - Designing and selling ground, water, & air-source heat pump systems - Equipment manufacturers, products, and distinct benefits - Material options, system layouts, and pipe-joining techniques - System maintenance requirements and plans offered by Bell - Geothermal only: trenching & drilling processes, partners, and complications - Install Sales - Shadow and train with Sales Mgr with day-to-day tasks - Organize and prioritize sales leads (new and old) for outreach - Assist in Sales Ops processes (e.g., Quote Generation) - Shadow permitting, planning, and warehouse to understand other functions - Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Sales Mgr - Membership Sales - Call membership customers and schedule maintenance - Engage members with expiring contracts to solicit renewals - Organize and prioritize list of non-members for new membership sales - Service Sales - Assist in handling of inbound phone calls when all CSR reps are unavailable - Assist in outbound phone calls to follow up with customers (as needed)

Qualifications: - Minimum: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Capacity to balance and manage multiple priorities - Self-motivated with track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Valid drivers license - Completion of high school or high school equivalency - Preferred: - Experience in HVAC, Solar, or other Clean Energy sectors - Completion of bachelors degree

Salary & Benefits: - This position, as it is a hybrid office / sales position, will have a hybrid compensation structure.
