Description We are seeking a HR Recruiter in Bronx, New York. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, participating in recruitment initiatives, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Seek and screen potential candidates for open positions using various sourcing tools

• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract talent

• Support employer branding by ensuring consistency in external communications and job postings

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing calendars for efficiency

• Post job advertisements and manage application screening process

• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Follow up with candidates through recruiting emails

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms including job boards, company website, and social media

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information and recruitment status

• Compile recruitment metrics and reports for data-driven decision-making

• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder

• Ability to utilize CRM effectively

• Proficient in About Time software

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Able to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Proficient in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Experience with Applicant Screening

• Ability to Screen Applicants effectively TalentMatch®
