THIS POSITION HAS A SIGN-ON BONUS $3,000 (FULL TIME), $2,000 (PART TIME), and $1,000 (ON-CALL)The Direct Support Professional in the Developmental Disabilities Program will be knowledgeable of Individual Habilitation Plans, have constant supervision and observation of individuals, assist in maintaining cleanliness of the residence, and serve as a role model and advocate. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) must assist individuals with their daily living skills as well as with meal planning and preparation, and transfer individuals in and out of wheelchairs. Driving is mandatory and a valid, non-restricted driver license is required for this position. Direct Support Professionals must be awake during the entire shift. Sleeping on the job is prohibited.

Minimum Salary: 16.00 Maximum Salary: 18.60 Salary Unit: Hourly
