ManpowerGroup Office Administrator & Bookkeeper in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and exceptional administrative skills? Join our team in Broken Arrow as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper!
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close procedures.
Prepare and review financial reports as needed.
Administrative Duties:
Handle data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Maintain office organization and supplies inventory.
Technology Use:
Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Perform tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
Previous experience with AP/AR, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
