As a Front Office Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our occupational medical office.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage the Front Desk efficiently, ensuring timely check-ins and check-outs.

Prioritize tasks, including handling emails, faxes, and document scanning.

Check-in and out patients, ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling follow-up visits.

Delegate tasks, address concerns raised by the Manager, and uphold accountability.

Maintain cleanliness, schedule,s and assist in training others.

Provide administrative support, including answering phones and handling inquiries.

Conduct drug screens and breath alcohol tests when trained.

Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Essential Requirements:

High school graduation or 1 year of related experience.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, faxing, scanning).

Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform occasional filing.

Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Local travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Credit Card processing and collections.

Knowledge of Workers Compensation.

Previous experience in the medical field.

This job operates in a professional office environment, and the physical demands are largely sedentary. The employee is required to talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
