Kelly Services Pick and Pack Worker in Bristol, Virginia

We’re currently seeking a 3rd shift Pick & Pack Team Member to work in Bristol, VA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.

Highly competitive pay rate starting at $16.13/hour for 1st shift while training and $18.13/hour for 3rd shift after training.

Hours 7:50 pm - 8:00 am, rotating 2, 2, 3 schedule, so you get every other weekend off!

What’s a typical day as a Pick & Pack Worker? You’ll be:

• Assembling boxes and packing bagged products into cases.

• Placing cases on pallets and ensuring quality control.

• Contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility.

• Supporting your team as needed and performing other assigned duties.

• Have good communication skills and can work well as part of a team.

• Possess a high sense of integrity and can act with urgency.

• Have basic math and counting skills.

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

• Can be on your feet for up to eight hours and perform repetitious lifting of 25+ pounds.
