Summary The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for developing house accounts, lead management, CRM Management, and light technical support for Dunmore International. This role is critical in supporting the company's sales efforts and driving revenue growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing house accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities to expand relationships, drive new sales, and foster long-term partnerships.

Sales Development: Lead the vetting, follow-up, and conversion of potential opportunities into successful sales. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.

Customer Support: Respond to technical inquiries from customers, escalating complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts. Serve as a reliable resource for customer needs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Strategy and Collaboration: Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies by providing insights based on customer interactions and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to improve the overall customer experience.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system (Salesforce).

General Duties: Perform other duties as needed or assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies such as LinkedIn, Tableau, and BAAN. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred Experience with coated, metalized, and laminated films a plus

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales, customer service, or related role Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a B2B inside sales or customer service role, ideally within a supplier or distributor environment.

Physical Demands - OFFICE / TRAVEL

Standing/Sitting: 30/70 % Walking/Bending/Stooping: 15% Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds Travel by air, rail, aut (10% of time) Work in manufacturing area, QA lab and office areas Exposures - Odors, Fumes, Noise, Chemicals, Temperature, Vision strain, Moving parts.
