Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a seasoned HR Manager with a back ground in the manufacturing industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees, facilitating training and development programs, managing benefits packages, compensation plans, and payroll, and collaborating with unions. You will also handle grievances, participate in collective bargaining negotiations, ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts effectively, and develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
