Hours for this role will be primarily nights and weekends. DAY TO DAY... Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests Assess customers\' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers\' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all beverage regulations QUALIFICATIONS... Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the barorganized, stocked and clean \"Responsible Beverage\" Training Certificate or ability to complete the course within one month of hiring date.
