Brighton Central Schools Assistant Cook Manager in Brighton, New York
Recruiting for a full-time, 37.5 hour per week, 10 months per year position (6am - 2pm M-F following the student calendar).

Purpose of position:
Participates in the preparation, cook and serving of meals.
Ensures adherence to safety and sanitary procedures in the fool preparation area.
Coordinates the activities of workers engaged in preparing and service food.
Coordinates the training of kitchen staff involoved in food preparation and serving.
Oversees and participates in the cleaning of kitchen, service and storage areas, as well as, kitchen equipment.
Oversees the preservation and storage of foods.
Assists with the order and inventory.
Job Qualifications
Graduation from high school plus 1 year of paid full-time experience in food preparation on a large scale for a restaurant, hotel or instutition, other than fast food or short order.
