Responsibilities

Operate Machinery:

Safely operate production equipment and follow established processes to achieve and exceed daily production goals.

Maintain Workplace Standards:

Keep the work environment clean,organized,and compliant with safety regulations to promote a hazard-free workspace.

Ensure Quality:

Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and specifications.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance workflow and maximize production efficiency.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols,including wearing steel-toed shoes (temporarily provided if needed),and report any potential hazards promptly.

Specialized Roles (Shipping & Receiving):

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to manage inventory and shipments efficiently (prior experience required).

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in production.

Must be able to speak and read English fluently.

Must have a consistent employment history.

Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift and lift regularly.

Willingness to work overtime,including occasional Saturdays.

Must be willing to adhere to a Jewelry-free environment.

Must be a US citizen or Green card holder.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay

$21.06 Per Hour

Schedule

Grave Shift | 9:45 PM- 6:00 AM | Sunday-Thursday
