Description

This role entails the management of intercompany bills, development of improved processes and controls, and reviewing general ledger vouchers among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly intercompany bills for non-insurance technical accounts from US/Bermuda entities to global affiliates.

• Establish improved processes and controls for the preparation and reconciliations for the US/Bermuda intercompany billing process.

• Analyze and approve monthly general ledger vouchers, intercompany bills, and rent payments.

• Ensure all intercompany receivables (payables) are reconciled & eliminate in consolidation for all non-insurance technical accounts at the end of each month.

• Oversee the review of lease accounting schedules to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements within the Oracle ERP ledger.

• Manage the reviewing of reconciliations of accounts monthly and quarterly.
