ManpowerGroup Product Development Technician in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Our client in the chemical industry is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Product Development Technician

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 /h

What's the Job?

  • Work independently and/or cross-functionally to initiate and execute lab works on evaluation of recyclability, repulpability, and biodegradation of various materials.

  • Responsible for collecting and recording, interpreting and documenting data in a manner consistent with Good Documentation Practices.

  • Able to be aware and comply of all relevant standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Manages and prioritizes assigned projects with little or no direction.

  • Ability to travel and work with outside agencies (Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority).

What's Needed?

  • Good technical skills with training in wet chemistry laboratory safety is a must.

  • Comfort and knowledge of working with chemicals, especially hazardous chemicals.

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (5 lb. up to 40 lb.).

  • Organized with good time management skills.

  • Good communications and observation skills.
