Market & Customer Activation Manager - Power & Industrial Automation (d/f/m)

About this position

What you´ll do

• Drive and execute market and customer activation strategies for Power & Industrial Automation segment globally

• Develop global messaging, create and activate content around market trends, technology solutions, product launches and sustainability

• Utilize established and innovative communication channels to engage with various customer audiences, incl. digital, social media, f2f events

• Lead account-based engagement efforts for selected global key accounts with central and commercial functions

• Collaborate closely with market strategy, commercial and application engineering teams globally

• Work with advertising agencies and other service providers to develop and implement communication campaigns

• Analyze the success of marketing activities based on KPIs such as increased engagement, sales, market share, or brand awareness

• Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring that resources are effectively utilized

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on marketing or communications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in B2B marketing, especially content development, account-based engagement and digital marketing

• Knowledge of Power & Industrial Automation market and respective customer journeys

• Strong communication, creative and analytical capabilities

• Excellent English language skills
