New Jersey Groundskeeping, LLC (Bridgewater, NJ) has 4 F/T Temp Landscape Laborers.

(04/01/2025- 12/15/2025). 40 hours/wk, 9:00am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri) Saturday work required, when necessary. $21.87/hour (O/T $32.81/hour) paid bi-weekly on Friday.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the companys sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL.

General Lawn Maintenance on residential homes. Mow lawns, trim trees and shrubs, prune ornamental trees and shrubs, weed beds, edge beds, and install mulch. Spring cleaning, cleanup lawn debris, clean leaves under shrubs and dispose of yard waste. Clean fallen leaves from lawn and garden beds to prepare for winter. May drive a work truck. Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

No Education req'd. 3 Months of experience required. All tools/supplies req'd, provided at no cost. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at: 690 Saint Georges Road, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, Somerset County. Travel to client worksites within Somerset County of New Jersey. Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
