As Executive Assistant within our Digital Healthcare team you’ll anticipate the needs of the Global Head of Digital Healthcare and act to support the function, maintain a highly fluid calendar, perform administrative functions and support the various needs of the DHC team

Main responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently manages diaries and meetings.

  • Manages travel and accommodation requirements in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Provides proactive and confidential administrative support on a day to day basis.

  • Provides function-specific support as defined.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant, preferably within the technology, healthcare, or start-up environment and supporting a department/group head.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
