Description

We are working with a leading corporation with a strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service Supervisor, to enhance their organizational goals and objectives. The Customer Service Supervisor will be primarily responsible for overseeing a team of customer service agents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years direct people management experience, expertise in managing phone-based customer service operations, and a proven ability to exceed customer expectations in a supervisory role. Must have exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from an inbound call center environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisor experience; consumer-based industry experience preferred

Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, mentoring, coaching and supervising

Strong attention to detail, and excellent follow up skills

Must be extremely tech savvy, experience with Blue Tooth / Service Desk / Tech experience
