About the Team

PVH’s Strategic Enablement team , seated within the Americas Operations function, is a complementary team of functional knowledge & experience, spanning the entire lifecycle of a fashion product (e.g., Product Development > Procure to Pay > Order to Cash).

We are structured to staff & support projects which require business readiness efforts. We fulfill that need by exercising a mix of core proficiencies: business process management | change management | training & education | communication & engagement | project management | business analysis.

Often, these engagements are tied to deployment of new technologies & platforms. Accordingly, employee education & engagement are critical bridges we build & maintain – they ensure the success of the more technical & functional aspects of our work.

About the Role

The Business Readiness Coordinator | Strategic Enablement is a unique and exciting opportunity within PVH Corp., one of the world's leading lifestyle brand companies. As a Business Readiness Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving our team's business readiness efforts, ensuring flawless execution and world-class collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate collaboration moments & workflows amongst team members

  • Manage external vendors and cross-functional partners

  • Create executive-level meeting & workshop presentations

  • Drive alignment and visibility across the organization

  • Co-manage Business Power User (BPU) programs

  • Administer training content and platforms

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

  • Provide general administrative support and meeting management

  • Support project management documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role in a large corporate setting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the fashion/retail industry

  • Familiarity with project management tools and systems

  • Ability to collaborate with global partners

  • Knowledge of learning management systems and survey design

Pay Range:$55,600 - $75,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
