The Brand Manager for Solta Aesthetics, is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for our aesthetic portfolio. This role will help ensure critical elements of the marketing mix are skillfully planned and executed.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing and implementing marketing and advertising initiatives, serving as a project manager, managing agency partners, and working cross-functionally to execute brand campaigns and other strategic imperatives. Successful candidates will be able to provide strategic leadership and build a collaborative cross-functional team.

This position is based in Bridgewater, NJ

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, the Product Manager responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible establishing and aligning the commercial strategy for Solta brands

  • Develop and execute all marketing strategies, planning, tactics and operations to help meet company goals.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end launch strategies for new products focusing on market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation to maximize impact.

  • Create sales assets and tools to support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Lead projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies and ensure coordination across workstreams and successful completion.

  • Support competitive intelligence monitoring activities and facilitate communication across the broader commercial team.

  • Coordinate brand presence at key congresses and meetings.

  • Create and track vendor and partner agreements/contracts for brand initiatives and manage expenses within budgeted expense categories.

  • Interface with agencies to initiate and manage projects through completion.

  • Interface with key opinion leaders

  • Campaign management of products, including development of promotional and campaign materials, ad copy, ads, product brochures, sales aids, multimedia materials, trade show and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS required. MBA preferred

  • Commercial experience in the medical device/life sciences industry is critical

  • 2+ years of marketing experience-pharmaceutical/medical/aesthetics field preferred

  • Experience with new product introductions/launch plans

  • Proven track record of excellent performance

  • Strong customer focus, understand market needs and drivers

  • Strong leadership of cross functional teams

  • Highly collaborative and ability to create a collaborative work environment

  • Strong analytic, organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with customers; ability to clearly present business issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats

  • Up to 35% travel (during the week and weekends)
