How you make a difference

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing the inventory, storage, and distribution of goods and supplies for the facility. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for delivery. The Warehouse Clerk must also maintain accurate records of inventory levels, update inventory systems, and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages inventory and restocking of medical supply items for patient units bi-weekly and as required.

• Distributes all outside company truck deliveries and copy paper promptly.

• Supports the receiving and organized storage of central supply stock items, and assists with office furniture and equipment moves.

• Assists the purchasing agent with monthly inventory of central supply and resident unit stock.

• Ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or stockroom receiving and distribution systems.

• Strong organizational skills required.

• Experience in a retail store as a supervisor and/or stockroom supervisor preferred but is not mandatory.
