Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Proofreader in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. The role is focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance in various forms of communication within the consumer electronics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately proofread and correct errors in documents using Adobe Acrobat

• Verify and align content with the guidelines of Blue Book and Capital IQ

• Ensure compliance with CCH Sales Tax regulations in all relevant documents

• Review and proofread banner ads to ensure clear and effective communication

• Use the 'About Time' tool for efficient time management and task organization

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving customer inquiries

• Monitor and maintain customer records for accuracy and completeness

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve any discrepancies in the documents. Requirements • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document handling and editing.

• Experience in creating and proofreading Banner Ads.

• Familiarity with the Blue Book guide for legal citation.

• Ability to effectively use Capital IQ for financial research and analysis.

• Experience with CCH Sales Tax software.

• Knowledge in using the About Time management software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven track record in maintaining compliance in all tasks.

• Understanding of Consumer Electronics and ability to proofread related content.
