Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: This position is responsible for the pulling, packing, shipping & receiving of parts and equipment within the SITECH Bridgeville facility. Responsible for fulfilling the daily E-commerce shipments, assisting with inbound & outbound freight and fulfilling customer orders. Successful candidate must develop and manage relationships with employees, salesmen and various departments within the company. Primary Responsibilities: Pick, Pull, Pack & Ship all daily E-commerce orders Process Daily E-Commerce orders Perform all phases of parts and equipment duties with minimal supervision. Pull parts & equipment Put stock away. Housekeeping in warehouse area. Process parts & equipment returns. Pull orders for sales department. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills. Precise documentation. Organized and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate computer skills. Working knowledge of MS office software, e-mail. Ability to learn other required software. Previous warehouse experience. Ability to become certified in forklift operations
