West Virginia Employer Front Desk Clerk /Hotel Housekeeper in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Guest services - Greeting guests, checking them in and out, assigning rooms, and distributing room keys Reservations - Managing room bookings in person, online, and by phone, and making and confirming reservations Payments - Processing payments for hotel services and collecting payments from departing guests Guest information - Keeping accurate records of guest accounts and occupied rooms, and safeguarding guest information Customer service - Answering questions about amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs, and mitigating customer complaints Communication - Answering multi-line phones, receiving and transmitting messages, and making courtesy calls to guests. Will also be working in housekeeping as needed.
