Brewster Primary Care, part of Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for our Brewster Primary Care practice in Brewster, NY (60 miles from NYC and 11 miles from Danbury). The Village of Brewster in Putnam County, NY is an historic community about an hour north of New York City, 30 minutes north of White Plains, 10 minutes from Connecticut and the City of Danbury reachable on the Harlem line of Metro North Commuter Railroad from NYC and assessable to I-84 and I -684. You will work with three other physicians and a LCSW. We have a busy, established practice in a family-friendly location.
This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k match. Sign on bonus and relocation allowance are offered.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate primary care physician who will provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.

*Job Requirements:*
MD or DO with CT and NY State License, Federal DEA in both CT and NY and CT State Controlled Substance Registration
Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine Residency
Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
After-hour coverage – light call volume to physician, shared among multiple providers to decrease call frequency, phone-calls only (after nurse triages first line)

Salary range: $275,000 - $285,000 annually commensurate or relative to experience
