ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Brewster, New York

Our client, a dynamic player in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will be part of the sales department supporting the sales staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Sales Assistant

Location: Brewster, NY

Pay Range: $50,000 per year

What's the Job?

  • Assist the sales staff by inputting quotes into a customized system.

  • Perform extensive data entry of numbers, part descriptions, and quotes from customers.

  • Answer phones and respond to emails and queries regarding products.

  • Conduct customer follow-ups via phone and email to create business partnerships for review with the engineering department.

  • Utilize computer skills, including knowledge of Google Ads, website maintenance, and social media.

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or sales support role.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
