Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Summary:

The HR Data Analyst I is responsible for supporting HR business functions across the system. This position will support the design, deployment, and administration of processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. This position will also assist with HR program implementations and initiatives within HR Operations and Rewards. Employees in this role are considered entry level in the HR Data Analyst career ladder.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day to day service level support to customers and other analysts.

  • Troubleshoot errors and issues related to process and operations within HR systems.

  • Assists with end user testing, training, and education within complex application systems.

  • Works closely with operations, end users and other analysts.

  • Helps maintain data integrity in systems and provides process improvement feedback and development within the team.

  • Prepares, analyzes, and distributes data sets for reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Other Duties.

Education

  • Required High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or information technology preferred. In lieu of bachelor's degree, minimum education of High School Diploma and eight years' experience required.
