Team Lead Provider Enrollment Specialist-Remote

What you’ll do:

As aTeam Lead Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and providing guidance to a team in areas such as training, provider enrollment processes, and maintaining enrollment inventory assignments.

Responsibilities:

· Assign weekly workload to each specialist based on priorities.

· Provide oversight and audit the quality of work produced by the team ensuring established processes and procedures are followed.

· Onboard, train, assist, coach and mentor new Specialists on department and Company specific processes, policies, and procedures.

· Prepare and deliver monthly operational review demonstrating accomplishments, progress, and challenges for assigned division / markets

· Function as subject matter expert and resource to PE Specialists. Address provider issues as necessary.

· Assist in developing training material, Power Point presentations, and provide input regarding the creation of enrollment policies and procedures for the department.

· Complete administration functions within the payer enrollment system.

· Regular and reliable attendance.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education:High School Diploma required

Experience:5 years solid knowledge of payor enrollment required,supervisory experience preferred
