Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Job Summary:

Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Job Responsibilities:

-Leads or collaborates with affected departments during gated Front-end Loading stages (Appraise, Select, and Define) where projects are initiated, concepts selected, and project details are defined.

-Develops detailed justification and business cases for projects including development and assessment of capital and non-capital alternatives.

-Identifies and quantifies project risk factors. Develops risk mitigation plans.

-Collaborates with Project controls on project administration (scheduling, estimating, cost management, schedule management, etc.) to ensure optimization of project resources.

-Coordinates with Supply Chain Management in development of contracting plan for resources.

-Maintains accurate and current project documentation.

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

At least 8 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's or MBA degree typically preferred.
