Senior Graphic Designer

What you’ll do:
TheSenior Graphic Designerproduces visual solutions to the communication and marketing needs of Lifepoint hospitals, using a mix of print and digital creative skills. Oversees and provides guidance on visual solutions with internal clients ensuring quality and strategic direction of creative pieces.
Responsibilities:
· Produces accurate and high-quality print and digital design work for multiple clients with great attention to detail, meeting project objective and target audience needs.
· Consistently produces fresh new ideas and creative ways to communicate healthcare elements to consumers and partners
· Uses innovation to meet the constraints of cost, time and client preferences
· Performs multiple tasks/handles multiple projects at one time
· Meets with clients throughout the organization to discuss and interpret their business needs
· Uses a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design
· Maintains skills in and knowledge of all current design and web tools to keep Lifepoint on leading edge in support of our hospitals
· Works well in a team and cross-functionally; maintains flexibility
· Works effectively and calmly to tight deadlines
· Manages high volume of work and assignments
/_EXTERNAL QUALIFCATIONS_/
What you’ll need:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design, Marketing, Business or other appropriate field of study.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in creative development and graphic design.
- Previous experience in overseeing and guiding the graphic design process is required.
- Advanced, demonstrated work experience with InDesign is required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Agency and healthcare experience is preferred.
