What you’ll do:

The People Services Business Partner collaborates with business leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, workforce performance, and overall engagement. Using data and analytics, will identify trends, build culture, implement human resources programs to ensure Lifepoint employees have a “your experience matters” work environment.**

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to use HRreporting& analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
  • Identifytrendsandofferrecommendationsforprocessimprovementorissueresolution
  • Coach and advise leaders around org design, compensation, team effectiveness, staff development, and reaching workforce goals, such as recruitment, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain employee culture and morale by cultivating a healthy work environment and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Celebrate diversity and ensure the workforce is embracing the practices and values that make our workplaces a great experience for all.
  • Be a change agent for people related initiatives.
  • Identify leadership opportunities, whether learning programs, developmental assignments, or mentoring for business.
  • Deliver relevant business solutions, tools, and resources to support and positively shape the employee experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with centers of expertise to aid the business in effective solutions in all areas of HR such as compensation, benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Maintain an awareness and currency of human resources principles, practices and related regulatory environment.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of laws and regulations to help the organization stay in compliance.
  • Respondtoinquiriesbycollaboratingwith internal colleagues,asneeded,toresearch,conductrootcauseanalysisandcommunicate feedback to stakeholders.
  • Provideoperationalsupportforspecific specialprojectsinassignedareasofexpertise
  • Provide excellent customer service at every interaction.

What you’ll need:

*EDUCATION: *Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field a four-year college or university or equivalent experience in a human resources role.

EXPERIENCE:3 years progressive HR experience

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:Human Resources certification preferred (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP)

Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
