Position: Clinical Coordinator
The Assistant Director/Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Site Director with the management of the administrative and clinical components of the program in a 24-hour on-call capacity.
Job Scope
Leadership and Program Management:
Manages all the daily operations of the facility as they relate to staff, clients and families
Oversees program scope of service, design, scheduling, and ongoing program development
Responsible for physical plant oversight and management of Company resources
Responsible for oversight and management of food services
Ensures ongoing and accurate input of electronic data
Participates in Parent Support Group, as needed.
Participates in special family events throughout the year at Outreach House
Liaison for all parts of the criminal justice and legal system providing ongoing verbal and written communications.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Monitors quality of care through reviews of service delivery and treatment outcomes
Oversees the completion and submission of the following written reports: Units of Service, Vocational OASAS report,
Monthly Case Conference Calendar and other reports or systems indicated by the Director
Ensures that residential case records are compliant to Outreach and OASAS standards with an emphasis on quality
Monitors and oversees quality assurance and compliance with OASAS and Agency requirements
Monitors residents’ progress and insures readiness for stage advancement using supervisory meetings, phase criteria, treatment goal attainment, and comments on resident package requests
Ensures accountability for ongoing monthly reporting
Ensures quality of services via direct observation of integrated model formats to insure congruency with the Outreach House Program Description
Facilitates case conferences, level of care assessments and utilization review in a timely manner and maintains record of old conference calendars
Reviews, evaluates goal attainment and signs all treatment plans, utilization reviews, discharge summaries and level of care assessments as indicated by the Site Director.
Records and oversees transactions of residents’ accounts, stipends and PNA funds.
Staff Management and Effectiveness:
Provides effective and efficient scheduling of staff to effectively operate the program
Assumes all directorial responsibilities in the Site Director’s absence.
Provides supervision to designated Department Heads and ensures service delivery for a particular department head in their absence
Assists Department Heads and observes with clinical formats, e.g. Parent Support group, residents' job functions, etc.
Responsible for Caseload Assignment to maximize treatment outcomes
Performance Evaluation and Professional Development
Manages personnel by interviewing, hiring, evaluating, supervising, and developing the most qualified individuals to work as direct service professionals
Ensures time cards, payroll and personnel procedures are followed
Insure all OTI training calendars, administrative bulletins and other administrative announcements are posted and discussed with all staff
Other tasks assigned as needed by the supervisor
Qualifications
CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or higher preferred, with 2-3 years of experience in substance abuse and experience providing clinical supervision in an Residential Setting . put back original about program mgmt from john’s email.
QHP required CASAC (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC).... a plus.

Salary Range: 68,000.00 To 75,000.00 (USD) Annually
Position Status
This is a full-time exempt position . Exempt employees are defined as employees who, based on duties performed and manner of compensation, shall be exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) minimum wage and overtime provisions. Exempt employees are salaried and expected to work any hours above and beyond their regular schedule necessary to ensure completion of all tasks in a timely manner. This position may require additional hour as needed in response to program need, which included rotating weekend work.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must have ability to travel among assigned sites as needed. There may be long periods of standing, sitting, and computer usage.
