Overview:  We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in West Bremerton. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community by performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring all units and common areas are in good condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of basic repair techniques, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Address work orders in a timely manner, ensuring repairs are completed quickly and efficiently.
• Inspect common areas, hallways, and apartment units to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future repair needs.
• Assist with unit turnovers including cleaning, painting, and general repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure all tools, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in residential setting.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30AM-5:30PM
