SAIC Deputy Program Manager in BREMERTON, Washington

Description

SAIC has an exciting future opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager in Bremerton, WA . This Naval program will provide IT operations, application management, maintenance, and customer support to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) & Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) including remote sites and detachments in order to meet mission requirements.

This work is contingent upon award news in the Fall of 2025 timeframe.

Work is performed on site in Bremerton, WA and may require travel to other customer locations.

Job Description: The Deputy Program Manager, Customer Support Services, is responsible for overseeing and managing a team that provides comprehensive support for the TELECOM Self-Service counter. This role ensures the efficient operation, setup, and troubleshooting of cellular devices, iPads, and other IT equipment. The Deputy Program Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base repository, managing customer satisfaction surveys, and ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to customers. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years or more of related experience to the description above.

  • or 4 additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Clearance :

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Desired/Nice to Have:

  • PMP

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Scrum Certified Product Owner

  • Agile software development

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
