Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides leadership to improve financial results in the areas of sales, gross profit, operating profit and working capital.

  • Drives initiatives to reduce the indirect costs; ensures all targets and go-gets are pushed down to actionable level.

  • Support preparation of Annual Budget, Forecasts and month-end variance analysis for the EM organization.

  • Provide margin analysis, pricing analysis, scenario analysis and decision support to the EM leadership.

  • Support P&L and OPEX analysis.

  • Provide deep dive analysis on pricing trends by customer, by product, by geography, and by segment.

  • Identify cost savings opportunities.

  • Drive and implement process improvements including streamlining processes, eliminating duplications and establishing standard work.

  • Assist in putting together management presentations.

  • Ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent

  • 4+ years of Accounting/Finance/FP&A experience required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of related FP&A experience to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial reports and a high proficiency in financial modeling.

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, ERP (Oracle, preferred), planning and management reporting tools (HFM preferred).

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
