Job Description:<br> A School Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment within an educational institution.<br> The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all classrooms, corridors, office areas, restrooms, and other facilities are spotless and conducive to learning.<br> Key Responsibilities:<br> Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors<br> Clean desks and chairs<br> Empty trash bins<br> Sanitize toilets and sinks<br> Replenish toilet paper, soap, and paper towels<br> Dust surfaces and equipment<br> Clean and sanitize shared spaces<br> Handle spills and accidents<br> Perform deep cleaning during school holidays<br> Ensure cleaning tools and machines are in good working condition<br> Report any needed repairs<br> Follow health and safety regulations<br> Use cleaning products safely and effectively<br> School Cleaner Skills:<br> Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and clean even the smallest areas of dirt or disorder<br> Time Management: Efficiently managing time to complete tasks within a scheduled timeframe<br> Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods<br> Reliability: Consistent and dependable in attendance and work performance<br> Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow instructions; effectively reporting any issues or concerns<br> Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain the schools cleanliness<br>
