JOB ORDER POSTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FILING OF A CONCURRENT APPLICATION FOR H2B WORKERS. Housekeeper. Bransons Best Inc. d/b/a Lodge of the Ozarks (Branson, MO). 10 openings. Temp, F/T job, from 04/01/2025 to 12/31/2025. 8:30AM-4:00PM; Approx. 35 hours per week; 5 rotating days including weekends and holidays.Duties: Clean hotel guest rooms and public areas as instructed by supervisor; restock maid stations/carts; assist guests with questions, requests, problems or comments as needed in a friendly and professional manner; and other related duties as assigned. Job requires bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching and lifting/ pushing up to 40lbs.Requirements: 1 month of experience in position. Pre-employment background check will be carried out equally between the U.S. and the H-2B workers.Rate of pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. O/T available as needed paid at $22.50 - $25.50 per hour. Performance Bonus and incentives possible based on performance or experience. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Wages paid bi-weekly by check. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker (travel expenses paid upfront); Ground expenses and subsistence costs will be reimbursed to the worker during the first work week. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. If the worker does not complete at least half of the employment period the worker is expected to refund the employer. Return transportation and subsistence back home will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.Housing or board not provided. However, the employer will offer some assistance in locating available local housing.
