ManpowerGroup Facilities Maintenance Associate in Branchburg, New Jersey
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Facilities/Maintenance department supporting a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a strong safety focus which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Pay Range: $40/hr
2nd Shift- 2:30pm-11pm M-F
What's the Job?
Oversee day-to-day activities of the Facilities/Maintenance department.
Lead a team in maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
Prioritize daily work assignments for the maintenance team.
Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning software for managing work orders and inventory.
What's Needed?
10+ years of experience in a Facilities/Maintenance environment.
3+ years in a lead role.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
Ability to read P&ID and construction drawings.
