Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Facilities/Maintenance department supporting a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a strong safety focus which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Location: Branchburg, NJ

Pay Range: $40/hr

2nd Shift- 2:30pm-11pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Facilities/Maintenance department.

• Lead a team in maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

• Prioritize daily work assignments for the maintenance team.

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning software for managing work orders and inventory.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in a Facilities/Maintenance environment.

• 3+ years in a lead role.

• High school diploma or GED certificate.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).

• Ability to read P&ID and construction drawings.
