Pro Staff is thrilled to partner with a leading manufacturer of high-quality powder-coated wood products, seeking a dedicated Production Plant Manager in Brainerd, MN. Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead and manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture. Implement and monitor quality control systems to address any product issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safety-first culture. Manage production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Prepare and present reports on production, quality, safety, and key performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a plant manager in a similar environment. Strong physical capability to handle the demands of the role. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. CNC experience is required.
